The service
Kowo is an app that helps you stay physically active. It suggests goals (commitments) and checks whether you keep them using your phone's data. Kowo is not a medical device.
Free trial and subscription
Your subscription starts with a free trial: nothing is charged during the trial, and you get a reminder 2 days before it ends.
After the trial, the subscription is monthly and billed by the App Store or Google Play according to your plan: Essential (€3.99), Active (€5.99) or Unlimited (€7.99) per missed month.
The free month
If you keep all the commitments in your plan over a calendar month, the next month is free: nothing is charged. Verification relies solely on Apple Health or Health Connect data.
Every month, one joker lets you pause a week without losing your free month.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, in 2 taps, from the app or your store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. There is no minimum term.
Fair use
Any attempt to fake activity data (simulators, fraudulent manual entries) may lead to losing the free month or to account suspension.
Health and liability
Goals are suggestions only. Check with a health professional before starting physical activity if you have any doubt about your health.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking legal action.
