Data we collect
Account data: email address, first name (optional), language and time zone.
Activity data: only the measurements your commitments need (steps, workouts, floors), read from Apple Health or Health Connect with your explicit permission. Details are on the “Health data” page.
Subscription data: trial and subscription status, provided by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
Technical data: device model, app version and anonymised error logs, to fix bugs.
Why we use it
To calculate your personalised goal, check your commitments, apply your free month and send reminders if you turned them on.
To run and improve the service, in aggregate. We do no targeted advertising and never sell data.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract for running your subscription, your explicit consent for health data, and our legitimate interest in security and improving the service.
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion, unless the law requires otherwise (for example accounting).
Sharing and hosting
Your data is hosted in the European Union. It is only shared with strictly necessary technical processors (hosting, email delivery), bound by contract and GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, from the app or by writing to us. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only a technical cookie may remember your language.
